My purchase of a wooden photoboth has been an absolute disaster.  Upon receiving the package, I immediately noticed a major issue: the screen was glued in place, instead of being properly screwed in. A dispute as opened on Alibab, and while a financial compensation was agreed upon, I wasn't truly satisfied with the outcome. Still, I decided to move on.  Unfortunately, after using the photoobooth for an event, more problems appeared. The flash only works intermittently and randomly stops working for no apparent reason. On top of that, the legs are unstable. We had to replace the photobooth with another one from a different supplier, which has proven far more reliable.  I honestly don't understand how such poorly assembled products can be delivered to customers. I didn't want to leave a review after the first issue, but after last night's event, where own reputation was affected  because of their unfinished and unreliable product, I can't stay silent anymore.
